We were proud to work alongside our client, Opus 4, to support the transformation of reception and shared spaces across Orbit Developments’ portfolio. The project delivered a series of refreshed, contemporary environments designed to enhance both first impressions and the everyday experience for tenants and visitors.
The focus was on elevating key arrival points within each building—creating welcoming, well-considered spaces that reflect a modern workplace while remaining practical and durable for daily use. While each location retains its own identity, a consistent design approach was achieved across the portfolio.
Working within defined budgets, the scheme successfully balanced quality and value. Through careful coordination with Opus 4, the project was delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption to building occupants.
