Continuous improvement and lean techniques are constantly applied to the manufacturing process to ensure the business is operating in an efficient and eco-friendly manner. 100% of the manufacturing waste is recycled.

Product Use
Our guarantee, detailed above, covers our products for any manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship for a period of five years, subject to the products being used for the purpose for which they have been designed.

End of Life
Products manufactured by Identity Furniture Ltd are designed to be broken down into component parts for recycling, refurbishment or upcycling. These materials may include wood, aluminium, steel, plastic, and textiles. Subject to prior agreement, our Take-back Programme allows eligible products, once they have reached the end of their natural service life and are outside of the five-year warranty period, to be returned for responsible processing. Transportation and associated costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
